Assassin sunspear skill will be used on all warriors paragons and dervishes, it's not balanced at all, just plain unfair towards the monsters in guildwars.

How about you actually WAIT a little while and see what the effect of these skills are before judging them?

If this conclusion was came about as a result of observance over a period of time, I would give this some more consideration, but since these skills have only been out a matter of hours, I think everyone needs to take a pill, relax and give them a try first.

oh come on, no sooner are these skills brought to us you want to go limiting their use? As previosuly mentioned they are set up this way to allow less desirable characters to be able to funtion more effectively in pve. Some great combinations of primary, secondary SS skills and class specific skills will come out in the next few weeks for pve.

Which in my mind will help re-invigorate pve for many people. Please dont be so short sighted as to call for their nerfing mere hours after the release.

This DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. This was somehow meant to make mesmers more useful/popular in PvE. How does it do that if E/Mes and N/Mes are still going to be able to use these skills. It makes no sense. I specifically pointed out this VERY problem 2 weeks ago on these forums. If the skills aren't truely profession specific, then it doesn't really change anything, especially considering you don't have to put any attribute points into them to make them work (but you can just slap them on any bar).

reduce there effect for secondaries in some way, having cyclone axe for hammer/sword is pretty sweet

You fail at making a Ferocious Strike/Never Rampage Alone thumper..

Or a ridiculous PvE IWAY warrior, or a ridiculous paragon + pet..

It's a bit much. P/W with Focused Anger, There's Nothing to Fear, and Save Yourselves. Adrenaline will allow him to more or less spam Save Yourselves so the party will have +100 armor and 35% damage reduction with just those skills.

You can't say anything is a bit much in PvE, what with level 30 monster mobs in DoA hard mode, etc.

However, I fail to see how a Paragon being awesome is a bad thing...Don't we want that??

I noticed the monk ss skill is tied to divine favor. the others arent tied to attribute. simple solution: make all of them tied to primary attribute.

Ah, but you forget the new cap of +25 to armor! You still get the damage reduction, though.

Cap is just if you combine skills. You still get +100 armor with 1 skill, but if you were to combine say a +10 armor and +20 armor, it would cap at +25.

a single skill can take it above 25, the cap is only for stacking. Save Yourselves give +100 armor to party members.

On second thought, I think they just just be something like half as effective for a secondary. If anyone can use them at full strength, they'll just tack the Paragon skill on to some other bar and call it a day. I still won't find parties hehe.

for warrior prefering the assassin ias buff

ranger one the energy cost is pretty painful, but yeah, theres prepared shot too to help regain that energy

If I'm going to be in the (rare) instance when I'm in a pug, then yes the Assassin skill is pretty sick. I'll be sticking with "There's Nothing To Fear!" in the meantime, though.

Everyone can use it, right? but only the Assassin truly benefits from the last part, as the Assassin constantly lands Critical Hits.

So i suggest giving such bonuses to all of these new skills, What do you think?

A Warrior or Assassin benefit from the assassin pve skill just as much as each other.Critical agility+Wild Blow=win
